DOI for RRBSI

Starting with the first issue of 2017, each issue and paper published in Romanian Journal of Library and Information Science will be assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier).

A digital object identifier (DOI) is a unique alphanumeric string assigned by a registration agency (the International DOI Foundation) to identify content and provide a persistent link to its location on the Internet.

The DOI system was created by the International DOI Foundation and was adopted as International Standard ISO 26324 in 2012.
